OP Counselling offers Individual and Couples counselling. Face to face counselling is offered in Christchurch by appointment only.
Sessions are held at either Avebury House, 9 Eveleyn Couzins Avenue, Richmond.
Online counselling is offered throughout New Zealand through Google Meet.

WINZ may be able to help cover the cost of counselling through the Disability Allowance.
John is also registered with Gumboot Friday, who may be able to fund up to two initial sessions for young people.
